ABC COIN · PRE-LAUNCH DOCUMENT
Draft Privacy Notice
This notice explains the limited data proposed for the challenge. The data controller, processors, retention periods and rights contacts must be completed before entries open.
1. What is collected
For a live qualifying entry, ABC Coin proposes to collect the Telegram username, quiz score and selected answers, entry code, interface language and submission time. A secure entry service may also process limited security information needed to prevent automated, duplicate or fraudulent entries.
2. What this page does not request
The quiz does not request a phone number, wallet connection, seed phrase, private key, Telegram password, one-time login code or payment. Never provide those items to someone claiming to represent the promotion.
3. How information is used
Information may be used to validate entries, administer the random draw, contact potential winners, prevent abuse, deliver confirmed prizes, meet legal obligations and preserve an auditable campaign record. It must not be used for unrelated marketing without separate optional consent.
4. Who may receive it
Access should be limited to authorized ABC Coin personnel and the hosting, security, draw-administration, verification or prize-delivery providers named in the final notice. Entry information must not be sold.
5. Retention
The final notice must specify how long unsuccessful entries, winner records and audit records are kept. Data should be deleted or anonymized when no longer needed, subject to documented legal obligations.
6. Your choices and rights
The final notice must identify the data controller and provide a privacy email for access, correction, deletion, objection or other applicable requests and a complaint route. Deleting entry data before the draw may make validation impossible and may be treated as withdrawal.
7. Telegram
Telegram is a third-party service with its own terms and privacy practices. Submit only a public Telegram username. The configured Telegram handoff opens a draft message; the participant must review and send it, and the site must not claim that an unsent draft was received.
8. Security and contact
Live entries must be sent over HTTPS to a controlled service or through the verified public Telegram account. Server-side validation, access controls, rate limiting and deletion procedures are required. The organizer's verified privacy and security contacts are still pending.
